Thanks, this is what I did:
Added it into the Additional CSS.
Because doing as you said above was my first port of call, did not work.
The Header logo is in three places in the Customiser.
Sticky Header Logo
Thanks, I will take another look and work out what’s new.

The Primary colour has never worked.
I have a site done with this theme in a lovely light blue colour, but still get orange / brown buttons.
Agreed Customiser organisation is not logical
That was rather interesting. So adding content into the Theme Options area no longer creates a Homepage, or am I misunderstanding something? So you had to create an empty ‘Front page’. How does this call in the content from the Theme Options, or is it just there to create the SEO?

In view of this and other problems I see here, I am NOT updating the theme!
I think the issue stems from putting too much stuff into the Customiser – it’s far easier to have it left in the OneTone Theme Options area – I don’t understand why this had to change – or is there a WordPress directive to put all editable areas in a customiser?
I have checked my Yoast setting and everything is in there as it should be.
I have also put this code into your script area in the OneTone Theme Options:-
<meta name=”Description” content=”Professional, multilingual and flexible B2B & B2C Marketing Consultancy” >
This has been there since the site was launched but does not appear in the browser header.
The site is configured within the Yoast plugin and I have reauthenticated the site for good measure, but nothing has changed.
So what is it about the homepage that is not working?
Please can you help further.
By the way this is the site: http://www.e2zmarketing.com
I’ve just had a look at your site, it’s very nice.
I have done a few sites with this theme with varying success (I’ve even had to abandon this theme a couple of times depending on the version released at the time). It’s a very good, nice looking theme, but seems to run into problems every now and again.
MageeWP may be able to correct me if I am wrong – but there is an issue with One Page sites in general where Google is concerned:-
Google likes lots of pages.
The only page you have on your site is the home page, so it will have to do a lot of work in searches.
The way around this is to write Blogs, and with a new site, write several over the next few weeks to populate your site with more searchable content.
However, a few things you need to check:-
Check your Robots.txt file – it should not say ‘No Follow’ but ‘Follow’.
The site will need to be on SSL now as Google is downgrading sites that are not https.
Have you got a Google Analytics code on the site? I see that Yoast is on there for SEO.
Have you put the Search Console code into the site (Yoast again?)
Further things to note.
Something else (once you have got Google finding the site) is to make headings more searchable – for instance the title ‘You have come to the right place’ could be changed to something more Google / human friendly. Maybe think about the site tag line – improve that for SEO….
I’d be very interested in what Magee are doing to keep up with Google’s algorithms.
I feel your pain guys.
I have a few unanswered questions – thing that in other themes are easy to sort.
I have had to change theme, unfortunately
And ‘Standard’ being ‘Post name’
I am currently banging my head on my desk!
On my local host for the moment – this is where I’ve got to. I have changed from Default on the Homepage Section 1 in order to change the video to a static image and remove the top and bottom border from the title. The title now goes under the header, the header is still not white. I’ve just spent two hours trying to sort it. This is now costing me time and money. Please see attached image:
So all on, or all off.
Do you have any plans to enable certain animations to be turned off and leave others on? Or modify speed?
Thank you – so a Child theme is the only way to go, no problem.
Is there any chance that you will create your own Child Theme starter file done? They are not difficult to do, but you may have some specifics that you’d like to include…
